With a background in finance and a Deloitte pedigree, his approach is analytical and results-driven — every pricing decision, screening process, and lease is backed by data.

As a landlord himself, Vishnu built UrbanLease around what he wished existed: a property management company that is transparent, fast, and actually picks up the phone. Rent paid on time, properties maintained, and communication that never requires chasing.
