Are you RECA licensed?
Property management services shown on UrbanLease are provided by PREP Realty, a fully licensed Alberta brokerage regulated by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) under the Property Management licence category. Your clients' investments are protected under Alberta real estate law.
